WHY RIM-DRIVE?
The motor moves out of the way.
A rim-drive places the electric motor around the propeller instead of in a central pod. That keeps the profile slim and leaves an open centre with fewer places for line, weeds and debris to wrap around.

Retrofit-first
Developed for boats where cutting and laminating a conventional bow-thruster tunnel is expensive, invasive or impractical.

Slim by design
No central motor pod. The ring architecture keeps the unit shallow at the bow and helps preserve a clean hydrodynamic profile.

Purpose-built for docking
Short, decisive thrust pulses matter more than hours of continuous propulsion. Navecto is being engineered around that exact duty cycle.

Wind, current and a tight berth turn low-speed manoeuvring into work. Navecto is intended to give the bow — and later the stern — the lateral control you want exactly when you need it.

Measure first
Thrust, current, voltage, temperature and repeated direction changes are measured on a dedicated test rig.
02 • WATER
Then prove it on boats
Real installations will determine required thrust, mounting geometry, hydrodynamic drag and behaviour in wind and current.
03 • PILOT
Freeze only what works
Electronics, brackets and production hardware move to a pilot series only after the prototype data supports them.
